Georgia in the Euros: A Tremendous Mistake?

By Donald R. Trump, 45th President of the United States of Soccer

Folks, let me tell you something bigly. Georgia, a great state, tremendous state, is playing in the Euros for the very first time. Can you believe it? I mean, who knew Georgia had a soccer team? Not me! But they’re out there, they’re doing it, and they’re doing it in a YUGE way.

Now, some people, the haters, they might say, “Mr. Trump, it’s not the state of Georgia, it’s the country of Georgia.” But let me tell you, I know Georgia. I’ve been to Atlanta, folks. Beautiful place, incredible place. Coca-Cola, CNN, they all started there. They’re winners, just like me. And if Georgia is playing in the Euros, that’s because of me, okay? I put Georgia on the map, just like I put America on the map.

So, let’s talk about this soccer team. They’re winners. They’ve got great people, the best people. They’ve got defense, they’ve got offense, they’ve got the whole package. And they’re gonna show Europe what Georgia is all about. I mean, can you imagine? They’re out there, probably in their beautiful red and white jerseys – MAGA colors, by the way – making America proud.

But here’s the thing, folks. The fake news media, they’re gonna try to spin this. They’re gonna say, “Oh, Mr. Trump doesn’t know the difference between the state and the country.” But let me tell you, they’re the ones who are confused. Georgia is Georgia, and they’re playing in the Euros, and they’re gonna win. They’re gonna win so much, you’re gonna get tired of winning.

So, to all the people of Georgia – the state, the country, whatever – go out there and make us proud. Play your hearts out, show Europe that Georgia means business. And remember, when Georgia wins, it’s because of me. I made this happen, folks. Tremendous, just tremendous.

Let’s go, Georgia! Make soccer great again!
